IMC Container Homes are constructed in South Africa from shipping containers. Designed to stand the test of time they are solid, safe, transportable and incredibly durable; being fire, earthquake and hurricane resistant. IMC can supply single storey up to high rise buildings. They also assist from design to installation including local authority approvals. Houses are delivered ready to plug and play. Construction including delivery and final hand over can take from 1-8 weeks (depends on project scope).In this session we look at how IMC was conceived and how Western Cape has benefited from this endeavour.
